I hereby appoint Prefr & its Lending Partners as authorized representatives to receive my credit information from CIBIL/CRIF Highmark (bureau). I hereby unconditionally consent to and instruct the bureau to provide my credit information to me, Prefr & its Lending Partners.

By submitting this form, I hereby authorize Prefr & its Lending Partners to provide me their following services:

1. Retain a copy of my credit information, along with other information I have given them access to under this authorization, in accordance with Prefr Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

2. Verify my identity and share personally identifiable information about me with the credit bureaus as required.
